В нормальній країні будь-яка робота (чи товар) має свою ціну, яка визначається за взаємною згодою продавця і покупця. Продавцем в нашому випадку є військові, які надають послуги з захисту від загарбників, а покупцем - все інше населення, яке має цим військовим забезпечити певні умови роботи та віддячити певною винагородою. Які саме умови і яка саме винагорода - має бути визначено за взаємною згодою між двома сторонами.

Війна - це справа усіх спроможних до праці чоловіків!

Якщо українські військові згодні воювати сучасним озброєнням за якихось $ 5 000 в місяць в середньому, а чоловіче населення згідно забезпечити це все через військовий збір у розмірі $ 600 на місяць (можливо частково в борг) з особи в середньому в залежності від цінності її майна в Україні - тоді все гаразд. Відслужив пару місяців, заробив трохи грошей - можеш знов ставати мирняком і платити той щомісячний військовий збір. Можеш навіть працювати у трудових таборах за кордоном під контролем поліції. Тих же, хто заборгував той військовий збір, треба приватизувати серед військових, як рабів, на автоматичному аукціоні.

Примусову, тобто без згоди іншої сторони як то роблять гвалтівники та комуністи, мобілізацію до армії можна на крайній випадок проводити лише за умови, що вона є рівномірною і що держава платитиме хоча б облігаціями вартістю у $ 30 000 за кожен місяць служби такого раба. Військовий збір у цьому випадку становитиме десь $ 3 000 щомісяця (9 млн чол всього на 700 тисw чол в армії).

На війні мають командувати найкращі!

Якщо ціна армії стає занадто високою, то верховним керманичем у законний спосіб має стати той, хто ту ціну знизить до прийнятної. Це може бути найкращий гравець у ARMA VBS 4, або найкращий інженер у змаганнях роботів і т.п. Щоб цей гравець не виявився зрадником, треба його обирати додатковим туром у "камень-ножиці-папір" серед кількох тисяч гравців та інженерів того ж розряду. На додачу можна таким же чином обирати членів ради з нацбезпеки, які спостерігатимуть за діяльністю верховного керманича. Для цього вони матимуть доступ до усіє секретної інфи в його генштабі, але зв'язок їз зовнішнім світом в них буде контролюватися людьми верховного керманича.

Тобто житимуть вони разом з родинами в ізольованих спецпоселеннях десятки років навіть після служби, а на протязі служби спеціальні опломбовані камери зніматимуть для них все, що їм потрібно і передаватимуть їм для аналізу по шифрованих каналах туди в спецпоселення. Якщо від побаченого у більшості з них ставатиме волосся дибки, то вони припинять подавати heartbeat сигнал - єдине що вони можуть подавати назовні - і таким чином сповістять країну про потребу у новому верховному керманичі.

Для того, щоб змінити верховного керманича на нового, можна таємно проголосувати своїми псевдонімами в Tor-мережі за проведення нових змагань інженерів, чи гравців у ARMA VBS 4. А ще краще написати на зрозумілій мові програму для комп’ютера, який не буде брати хабарів і керуватиме армією та її промисловістю замість верховного керманича.

Зброю - народу!

До речі, громадяни України повинні мати військову техніку у приватній власності, яку держава має орендувати у них довгостроково, а на час війни отримувати разом з екіпажем власника під своє командування за контрактом. Зберігати військову техніку звісно треба на складах її власника, але під сигналізацією поліції, яка сповіщатиме всіх у разі відкриття складу, щоб поліція могла вчасно відреагувати на загрозу.

Це все зменшить ризик того, що Україною керуватимуть путінські агенти типу Януковича.

Дешевше придбати українські автономні протитанкові далекобійні (70 км) дрони-камікадзе Артем “Мисливець”, ракети Вільха, Спека, Spike-SR, Brimstone 3 з додатковим прискорювачем, як у Saab GLSDB, за $ 15 000 штука, чим витратити ці гроші на зайві 100 тисяч беззбройних піхотинців. Екіпірування піхотинця коштує менше $ 15 000 на людину, але ж це не враховує ринкову зарплату, яку потрібно платити щомісяця ($ 8 000 в США для водія) та витрати на техніку.

Дешевше замовити українським імігрантам в трудових таборах Польщі достатню кількість дронів-розвідників типу Elbit Skylark-3 Hybrid (зв’язок 120 км), Flir Black Hornet (розмір 3 см), BostonDyn Sand Flea, роботизованих кулеметів, мінометів Unitree Robotics B1 M240, M224 з механізмами заряджання, самохідних автоматизованих 155 (127) мм гармат Slovak KD Eva, XM2001 Crusader та зеніток типу Bofors CV9040 з CRAM мініракетами, для прикриття широких ділянок фронту, аніж робити з української піхоти в траншеях грушу для биття…

Але ж хто це все буде читати?..

Кажуть, що танки зі звичайними снарядами, краще самохідних гармат з трохи дорожчими радіокерованими типу Excalibur S, M1156 PGK, Mesko APR, Прогрес “Квітник”, Nammo ExR 150 km. Можливо й так - залежить від ефективності ПРО.

Питання

З яких деталей складається M1156 PGK, який робить із звичайних снарядів високоточні радіокеровані? З яких деталей складається prism scope, перископ? В скільки разів матеріалу та деталей в Spike-SR більше, чим в смартфоні за $ 300? Хто заважає Україні викопати для піхоти екскаваторами в тилу траншеї повністю накриті маскувальними сітками? Де списки псевдонімів загиблих з контактами родичів (за їх бажанням)? Чому зволікаємо з призначенням авторитетних людей для переговорів з рос. чмобіками щодо масової здачі їх у полон з технікою?

Скільки реактивних дронів-каміказе типу Rafael Spike-ER можуть виготовляти за місяць (в середньому) на території союзників півмільйона українців, якщо їх забезпечити землею, сировиною та інструментами? І скільки часу їм перед цим знадобиться, щоб ті інструменти виготовити та встановити? А керованих радіомаяками з точністю до 1 м 120 мм мін типу IMI Iron Sting - мінімум скільки? Програмованих 40 мм снарядів ППО?

Чому б Верховного Головнокомандувача не обирати жеребкуванням з 20 000 атестованих спеціалістів після голосування громадянами в Інтернеті своїми псевдонімами за відставку командича попереднього?

Ну і ще раз: чому б не призначати 20 випадкових перевірених спеціалістів для контролю за найвищим командуванням в умовах війни, надавши їм дистанційне відеоспостереження та тримаючи їх постійно в спецпоселеннях до кінця війни та 5 років після?

Who will explain to the citizens of Ukraine that in a normal country any work (or a product) has its price, which is determined by mutual consent of a seller and a buyer? The seller in our case is the military, which provides protection against invaders. The buyer - all the rest of the population, which must provide those soldiers with certain working conditions and thank them with a certain reward. What exactly are the conditions and what is the reward - should be determined by mutual agreement between both parties.

The war is a matter for all able-to-work men!

If Ukrainian soldiers agree to fight with modern weapons (Saab GLSDB, anti-tank Switchblade, etc.) for $ 5 000 per month on average and the male population agree to provide all of that through a military levy of $ 600 per month (perhaps partly in debt) per person on average depending on the value of its property in Ukraine - everything is fine! After serving a couple of months in the front or somewhat behind it, you have earned some money and you may become a non-combatant again and pay that monthly military levy. You may even work abroad in police-controlled labor camps. Debtors of the military levy must be privatized among the soldiers like slaves at an automatic auction.

Forced (that is, without the consent of the other party, as rapists and communists do) mobilization to the army can be carried out as a last resort only on the condition that it is equitable and that the state will pay at least $ 30 000 in bonds for each month of such slave's service. The monthly military levy in this case will be about $ 3 000 per man, that is, a month of service will give the same ten months of freedom (9 M people in total / 700 k people in the army ~ 11).

Only the best must be commanders in war!

If a cost for the army becomes too high, a commander who can lower it to an adequate level must lawfully become the supreme leader. That may be the best player in ARMA VBS 4, for example, or the best engineer in robot competitions, etc. Lest that champion be a traitor, he is chosen by an additional round of "stone-scissors-paper" among several thousand players and engineers of the same level. In addition, members of the national security council may be elected in the same way. They will oversee the activities of the supreme leader. To do this, they will have access to all secret information in his General Staff, but the connection with the outside world for them will be controlled by the people of the supreme leader.

That is, they will live together with their families in isolated special settlements for tens of years even after their service, and during their service, special sealed cameras will film everything they need and transmit it to them in the special settlements for analysis via encrypted channels. If the majority of them are astonished by what they see, they stop giving a heartbeat signal - the only thing they can give outside - and thus inform the country about the need for a new supreme leader.

In order to change the supreme leader to a new one, citizens may secretly vote by their pseudonyms over Tor-network for starting of a new competition of engineers or players in ARMA VBS 4. And even better, write a program in an understandable language for a computer that will not take bribes and will manage the army and its industry instead of the supreme leader.

By the way, each of the citizens of Ukraine must have privately owned military equipment, which the state must lease from him for a long period, and in the war must receive it under their command with his crew under the contract. Of course, military equipment should be stored in its owner's warehouses, but under an alarm of the police, which will notify everyone in the event of opening the warehouse, so that the police can respond to the threat quickly.

All this will reduce the risk that Ukraine will be ruled by Putin's agents like Yanukovych.

It is cheaper to buy Ukrainian autonomous long-range (70 km) anti-tank kamikaze drones Artem "Myslyvets", missiles Vilkha, Spike-SR or Brimstone 3 with an additional booster, like in Saab GLSDB, for $ 15 000 each, than to spend this money on an extra 100 k infantrymen. Equipping an infantryman costs less than $ 15 000 per person, but that doesn't take into account the market salary that needs to be paid every month ($ 8 000 in the US for a driver) and the cost of infantry tech.

It is cheaper to buy a sufficient number of reconnaissance drones such as Elbit Skylark-3, ProxDynamics Black Hornet, tankette drones Milrem with CRAM missiles, self-propelled AA cannons such as Oto Melara B1 Draco, mortars such as Patria AMOS, XM2001 Crusader (50 km) cannons and Aselsan T-72 tanks with Iron Fist APS to cover wide areas of the front, rather than to make the UA infantry a punching bag for enemy planes and artillery...

But who will read all of that?

By the way, for 155 mm self-propelled guns, in addition to Excalibur S or Progress "Kvitnyk" anti-tank shells, there are also W82 thermonuclear shells equivalent to 2 kt each. Isn't it time to restore Ukraine's nuclear status, huh? Do you know whom to contact?

They say that tanks with conventional shells are better than self-propelled guns with slightly more expensive radio-controlled ones such as Excalibur S, M1156 PGK, Mesko APR, Progress "Kvitnyk", Nammo HE ramjet (150 km). Maybe so - it depends on the effectiveness of anti-missile defense (APS).

How many times more material and parts are there in the Aselsan T-72 than in the Renault Duster for $ 15 000? What are the components of the M1156 PGK, which turns ordinary projectiles into high-precision radio-controlled ones? What parts does a prism scope, a periscope consist of? Who prevents Ukraine from digging trenches completely covered with camouflage nets with excavators in the rear and digging bunkers with tunnel boring machines? Where are the lists of pseudonyms of the deceased with contacts of relatives (optional)? Why are we delaying the appointment of trusted people for negotiations with Russian mobilized troops regarding their mass surrender together with armaments?

How many rocket kamikaze drones of the Rafael Spike-ER type can be produced in a month (on average) on the territory of the allies by half a million Ukrainians, if they are provided with land, raw materials and tools? And how long will it take them to make and install those tools? And guided by radio beacons with an accuracy of up to 1 m 120 mm mortar rounds of the IMI Iron Sting type - how many at least? Programmable 40 mm anti-aircraft shells?

Why not choose the Commander-in-Chief by a "rock paper scissors" tournament among 20 000 certified specialists, after citizens vote on the Internet with their pseudonyms for the resignation of the previous commander?

And again: why not appoint 20 random proven specialists for control over the highest command in the conditions of war, giving them remote video surveillance and keeping them permanently in special settlements until the end of the war and 5 years after?
